Designed to meet the need for quality and economical thermal cutting, LineaTech PRO offers various possibilities for applications such as flame cutting, plasma cutting and marking.
LineaTech PRO is a longitudinal twin motors with brushless motors and digital drives. The movement is achieved by mating rack and pinion and floating device and preloaded spring.
LineaTech PRO can be equipped with up to 4 oxy-fuel trucks and a cart with plasma cutting width up to 3.000 mm and wheelbase up to 4.000 mm. In oxy-fuel, gas distribution group has 3 fully proportional valves controlled by CNC. As an option, a data base of the cutting parameters, makes the management of gas fully automatic and controlled by the CNC. In plasma, in addition to the traditional cutting systems, the LineaTech PRO features of the structure and mechanical suitable for the application of the most sophisticated systems for cutting high-definition with the optimal management of the parameters for a result of optimal cutting even on silhouettes of complicated processing and holes of small diameters. In addition, where available the option of automatic gas console, the CNC II can be enhanced with a data base for the automatic cutting parameters such as to make this machine in its economy, a high-performance machine. The numerical control CNC SOITAAB II with interactive menus and monitor “touch screen“ in color, has a library of 30 figures fixed parameter and as an option can be extended up to 78 figures.
