Lantek MES for Workshop Stations

Lantek MES Wos is designed for sheet metal processing companies. The system was created to control the production process and provides all the tools needed to collect data during production: status, labour, materials, machines, stock and more.
With Lantek MES Wos, workstation operators have all the information about work in progress. The system also lets you manage and control stock levels.

Ease of use

The main goal of Lantek MES Wos is to provide a simple and efficient solution for shop-floor data collection, with simple, intuitive screens that require minimal data entry.
Lantek MES Wos includes the following nesting and production options to display complete information:

• 2D nesting
• Changing the job sequence
• Numerical control (CNC) of nests
• Checking every part in a nest, including quantity, length, height, matching order and more
• Recording total and machine time
• Graphical, intuitive display of operations and nest status

Monitoring and validation of production processes

Designed to integrate with the Lantek Expert CAD/CAM system, the Lantek Manager production management system, Lantek Integra and ERP, Lantek MES Wos lets the production manager assign a work centre to each job.
This makes it possible to track nests in real time and check the progress of any order at any moment. The operator can display all the information needed to review pending and assigned jobs.

Warehouse management

Lantek MES Wos lets the user select sheets for each nest while maintaining full traceability, and updates the warehouse automatically. Processed nests are recorded in the system and deducted from stock, while parts and usable remnants are recorded and accounted for. Parts damaged during production can be registered to improve quality control and sent for remanufacturing.
