Lantek Expert Punch

Lantek Expert Punch is a CAD/CAM nesting system designed to automate the programming of CNC turret punch presses for cutting sheet material. The result of more than 30 years of close cooperation with machine manufacturers and users, Lantek Expert perfectly combines machine capabilities with customer requirements for programming and management, and features an advanced, user-friendly and intuitive interface that significantly speeds up the programming process.

Tool Management

Lantek Expert Punch supports all tooling systems, from standard tools to special forming tools, including drilling, forming and roller tools, as well as Autoindex tools and MultiTools.
The system takes into account the characteristics of each tool station and the linear tool magazine.

Nesting

Lantek Expert Punch offers the perfect combination of automatic and manual nesting, giving the user great flexibility and optimal productivity. Combining automatic nesting with manual nesting functions such as grid, copy, move and rotate proves to be a very powerful tool.
The automatic nesting of Lantek Expert Punch optimizes the layout of parts on the sheet, offering various processing options for both standard series parts and complex single parts.

Automatic Punching

Geometry processing in Lantek Expert Punch is fully automatic, according to user-defined parameters and taking into account the capabilities of the machine. Lantek Expert Punch stands out from its competitors thanks to a convenient set of functions that simplify the everyday processing of both standard series parts and single parts, even those with complex geometry. The system manages sheet repositioning automatically, according to the strategies selected by the user. The modification option provided by Lantek allows the user to easily change the processing order and sequence, micro-joints, dies and much more. The user can easily customize the processing of specific parts using machining macros for specific geometries.

Part Separation and Removal

Lantek Expert Punch supports all available algorithms for both manual and automatic unloading of parts from the working area, including micro-joints, unloading trapdoors, machine stops, automatic part unloading systems and integrated right-angle shears.

All Lantek Expert Punch options are combined in a single program. Lantek Expert is fully integrated with the Lantek Integra ERP, which offers various CAD/CAM/MES/ERP solutions for sheet metal processing and production management, and can also be connected to the customer's external ERP system.
